We offer a FREE, simple 14 days return policy. To take advantage of our Free Returns service you will need to have an access to a printer. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The 14 days start from the day on which you received your order.
To arrange a return, please, contact our Customer Care Team and include:
- your order number
- items, you want to return
We will send you a label for return with Fastway Couriers.
Please package the item securely and send them back to us with your pre-paid Fastway label.
